14. Assumption of Risk

Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, materials, maintenance history, and existing damage

If a valid issue is identified within this timeframe, we may offer a touch-up or reasonable correction at our discretion

The vehicle must remain in substantially the same condition following service completion for any claim to be considered
Exclusions
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by weather, automatic car washes, improper maintenance, third parties, or customer actions after service

19. Maintenance Membership Program
The following terms apply to clients enrolled in a recurring maintenance plan with Great Lakes Detailing.
Membership Scheduling

Maintenance services may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or at another agreed frequency

Scheduling remains subject to availability, weather conditions, and service access

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle and service location are accessible at the scheduled appointment time
Pricing and Payment

Maintenance pricing is agreed upon at the start of the membership and may be adjusted with prior notice if services, vehicles, or conditions change

Payment is due upon completion of each scheduled service unless otherwise agreed
Membership Changes and Cancellation

Either party may cancel a maintenance membership with reasonable notice

Outstanding balances for completed services remain due upon cancellation
